How it Works

iCalm have a knowledge centre which defines, implements, optimizes and maintains the components of our service.

The knowledge centre is responsible for:

System Administration: Remote administration of the local installed DISplayers which includes monitoring and content scheduling.

Content services: Content management which is the network based update of content being displayed by each DISplayer

Graphic Services: Artwork service e.g page design & flash and video design etc.
